TERMS OF DELIVERY AND SALE YUNUS
Our following general terms and conditions of delivery and sale apply to all present and future business relations. By submitting your order, you expressly agree to the contents of our terms of delivery and sale.

ORDERS, PRICES AND RESERVATION OF TITLE
With your order you declare bindingly that you want to purchase the respective goods.
Your order is subject to the actual and timely availability of the goods. In case of unavailability of the goods you will be informed by us immediately. We will of course refund any payments already received.
When shipping to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the statutory VAT of 19% is included in the prices shown in the online store.
All goods remain our property until full payment.
All offers are subject to change.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION FOR DISTANCE CONTRACTS
You are entitled to revoke your declaration of intent to conclude the contract within 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. After revocation you are no longer bound to the contract. The revocation can be declared in writing or by returning the goods. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.
After exercising the revocation, you are obliged to return the goods at your own expense. From a value of goods of 40.00 euros and above, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the goods. The processing time for credit refunds within the European Union is up to 20 working days. Since we will pay for the return of goods with an order value of 40.00 euros or more, you must make an arrangement with us before returning the goods. Returns sent freight collect will not be accepted. We reserve the right to determine the shipping route in the event of a return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to used goods. This applies in particular to worn or washed textiles.

DATA ENTRY AND DATA PROTECTION
By sending your order, you confirm the accuracy of your personal data entered in the shopping process. In the case of incorrect information, we reserve the right to pass on to you any additional costs incurred by us as a result (e.g. additional shipping costs). In the case of deliberately false information (eg fun orders), we reserve the right to take legal action against the originator of such an order.
We store your personal data for fast and error-free computer processing and payment processing by our contractual partners. This personal data includes the entries you made, your order and the IP address of your computer. Data will only be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned above with your consent and only for the purpose for which you have agreed to the data being passed on. You can revoke this consent at any time.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All disagreements and legal disputes arising in connection with the business relationship shall be governed exclusively by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In the event that you do not have a domicile or habitual residence in Germany at the time of filing suit, or if this is not known to us and/or you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), Berlin is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Sale and/or the contract supplemented by them are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions and the contract and these General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Sale shall otherwise remain valid for both parties.
